We count on our people to deliver an exceptional customer experience with each and every call.  Offering our employees and their qualified dependents a comprehensive benefits plan makes it easier for us to attract top talent and help our people concentrate on being an APAC expert.  Both full-time and part-time employees can become eligible for some of our benefit plans.

Basic Benefits
  • Medical – APAC offers a variety of medical plans to meet the needs of our employees.  Medical plans include coverage for office visits, hospitalization, lab and Xrays, emergency care and prescription drugs.
  • Dental – The dental plan covers preventive, basic and major services, as well as orthodontia care.  Employee out-of-pocket expenses are lower when services are received from a network provider.
  • Vision – APAC’s vision plan covers eye exams, lenses, frames and contact lenses.  Out-of-pocket expenses are minimized when services are provided by a network optometrists, ophthalmologists and participating retail providers.
  • Basic Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment – APAC provides Basic Life/AD&D coverage for benefits-eligible employees.
  • Supplemental Life – Employees may qualify to purchase supplemental life insurance up to five times base pay.  Additionally, life insurance may be purchased for spouses and/or dependent children at competitive group rates.
  • Disability – Benefits-eligible employees qualify for disability coverage.  Disability coverage provides partial replacement of lost wages when an employee is unable to work due to an illness or injury.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts – Benefits-eligible employees may participate in health care and dependent care reimbursement accounts.  With these accounts, employees set aside before-tax dollars to pay for qualifying health and dependent day care expenses.
  • 401(k) – The 401(k) plan is an easy way to grow your savings through before-tax payroll deductions and APAC matching contributions.  APAC provides a 50% match to the first 6% of pay an employee contributes via payroll deduction.
Lifestyle Benefits
  • Employee Assistance Plan – This program provides daycare referrals, fnancial and legal advice, short-term counseling for stress-related issues, emotional difficulties, critical incidents in the workplace and other personal concerns.  The EAP provides prepaid, confidential and professional consultation around the clock, 7 days a week.
  • Paid Time Off - APAC recognizes that time away from work is essential to our employees’ health and productivity. 
    • Holidays – APAC observes New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
    • Personal Days - One personal day is awarded each calendar on January 1, May 1 and September 1 to employees meeting eligibility criteria.
    • Vacation – Employees are entitled to vacation based on hours worked and/or length of service.
