The Right Fit

Each new APAC associate undergoes our detailed recruitment and selection screening process. During this process, we conduct a thorough analysis and profiling to make sure we’re hiring the right people and placing them in the right positions.

Ensuring a good fit provides you with talented resources and us with happy, content associates that improve retention. The process is ongoing, and we continually evaluate and identify associates for growth opportunities and development.

Coaching for Results

Our Coaching for Results program helps to set us apart. We employ a proprietary, 26-module certification and verification program for team leads on down. The result is certified leaders who deliver outstanding key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceptional associate performance on the accounts that they serve.

Since everyone learns at their own pace, our leaders use different communication and learning styles. They also leverage motivational drivers and apply unique ways to coach associates. All of these elements ensure that our associates are successful in their careers, as well as the right fit for your account.

New team leads undergo a team lead onboarding process prior to assuming their new role. This advanced training equips our team leads with the first-hand knowledge and tools needed to be successful in the position, which leads to improved associate retention.

Career Development and Training

Constantly assessing needs allows us to provide and equip our associates with the necessary career development and training resources to succeed. We partner with associates to ensure that they’re proficient at their task. In addition, those with the required skills and experience are groomed for more challenging assignments.
