Christopher H. Crowley is senior vice president, sales of APAC Customer Services, Inc. He joined APAC in March 2009. Chris implements the fundamental practices in sales force automation, large account management and integrated marketing to ensure APAC is effectively positioned in the marketplace. This practice continues to grow client relationships, as well as add Fortune 500 clients to APAC’s roster.

Chris possesses 14 years of enterprise sales and marketing experience. He built and managed sales organizations with a focus on the Fortune 1000 marketplace. Additionally, he sold complex solutions while working in the telecommunications, IT solutions and BPO industries. His global experience includes selling solutions throughout North America, Europe and Asia.

Prior to APAC, Chris served as senior vice president of sales at leading BPO companies: Cybernet Software Systems, TeleTech and Sutherland Global Services. He also possesses several years of operations and service delivery experience having worked as director of operations for North American service delivery when he first started with Sutherland in 1997. He began his career in sales and field marketing with MCI Communications.

Chris earned his BA degree in American studies from St. John Fisher College. He also attended the Stanford Executive Education Program and received certification from its Executive Program in Leadership. He is actively involved in Building Minds in Sudan, a charity dedicated to rebuilding schools and providing educational opportunities for the villages in Southern Sudan impacted by the ongoing civil conflict.
