Michael V. Hoehne

Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Michael Hoehne is vice president and chief human resources officer of APAC Customer Services, Inc. He joined APAC in August 2006.

With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, Michael possesses a keen insight into talent management. It is this insight that enables him to effectively engage associates while promoting alignment with the organization’s overarching goals.

Michael served as vice president of human resources at Wickes Furniture Company. In this role, he assumed total responsibility for all of its human resources’ activities throughout Wickes’ stores in five states, distribution centers, customer service call center and corporate. Prior to joining Wickes Furniture Company, he worked for Sears, Roebuck and Company for 10 years in several human resources leadership roles; including director of human resources for its $550 million great indoors retail division.

Michael earned a BS degree from Eastern Illinois University and a MBA from Lewis University. He holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
