Patrick S. O'Hara

Senior Vice President, Customer Experience Management

Patrick O’Hara is senior vice president, customer experience management of APAC Customer Services, Inc. He joined APAC in February 2011.

Patrick leverages his 19 years of experience in delivering operational excellence to quickly produce results and improve customer satisfaction. He accomplishes this through strong process orientation, team building, collaboration and strategic planning, in addition to obtaining a strong cultural understanding of his organizations.

Before joining APAC, Patrick served as vice president of continuous improvement at Sage North America. In this role, he led efforts to optimize Sage’s processes by implementing management operating practices and process improvement programs, as well as standardizing best practices throughout its North American operations. Patrick has held other senior-level positions at select contact center outsourcing organizations: Axiant LLC and Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. In these roles, he focused on providing operational support as it relates to strategic planning, production management and performance reporting. Patrick also held several director-level positions of increasing responsibility at Sears, Roebuck and Co. including his last role in their customer care network as director of vendor management where he structured a strategic plan to deliver $20 million in savings on its call center activities.

Patrick holds a BS degree in business administration from the University of Arizona.
