Robert B. Nachwalter
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Robert Nachwalter is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of APAC Customer Services, Inc. He joined APAC in November 2008.
Prior to joining APAC, Robert was senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Whitehall Jewelers Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded national retailer of fine jewelry with approximately 375 stores in 39 states. He also served as Whitehall’s chief compliance officer. Before Whitehall, he was senior legal counsel with Ryder System, Inc., a Fortune 500 transportation and logistics company.
Robert earned his BA degree from the University of Michigan and his JD degree from the University of Florida.
